Human - Alive but Descending

Killian meets Coralynn very soon after his divorce is in the works, and being that he's been a loner his whole life, he found he wanted to Descend to be with her again after she dropped dead on their first official date, instead of remaining above ground in The World of the Rested.

Human - deceased & Descended

Coralynn McKenneth, confidant, stunning, artistic...dead.

She only knew Killian for less than 48 hours and was already doomed to descend to The World of the Unrested, never to reconnect with him again.... or so she thought.

Creator of all Elemental Guardians

Malakorr is made up of Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Spirits from those who descended and were too weak to keep themselves separate from him.

He Created the Elemental Guardians as they descended because he watched them while they were alive and knew they were weak-willed and easy to manipulate into following him.

Creator of the Shadow-Wielders

Umbria means the darkest part of the shadow and baria means "creator" or "originator".

​She is the Original Creator of The World of the Unrested, but with Malakor coming into the picture, he's taken over as she has become weaker over time.

Who will win in the end??

Elemental Guardian - Air - Level 20

Each Elemental Guardian has some sort of psychic ability to alter your memories, in the form of their element combined with purple lightning.

Zephyria and Mistral, Vetra's twin dragons, help her control and direct her lighting in mini-tornados to penetrate your psyche, blowing around your memories so you forget what's real.

Elemental Guardian - Fire - Level 40

Volkan can project images of memories into the fire around the caverns. Any torches, firepits, cinders can be weapons he can manipulate.  He can create creatures out of flame and have them wrap tendrils of fire flickers through your mind to burn away your memories and implant false memories in their place.

If you grab a torch that has a false memory, it will replace the ones that actually existed and change you at your core.

Elemental Guardian - Earth - Level 60

Tamala has a dragon made of foliage constantly at her feet named Elowen (Elm Tree). Her dragon helps her to create other creatures by luring the souls of the dead to her den and breathing foliage onto them.  Tamala then uses her powers to embed the soul with the foliage and create earth elemental minions to do her bidding.

Elemental Guardian - Water - Level 80

Water remembers everything.  The good, the bad, the things that changed.  Calder has the power to restore, or completely wash away all memories and sense of self.  Floating orbs containing false memories, fake names, friendship of a different life that was never yours.

Elemental Guardian - Spirit - Level 100

Alastor is the most powerful of all of the Elemental Guardians.  He gains his strength through the souls that are on his level and in the next 20 levels after him.  In turn, every soul he attaches to himself, gives Malakor strength as well.  The Elemental Guardians are all the different pieces of Malakor given form and free-will... For the most part.
